The impressive walls of the medieval Château de Couffour, in Chauds Aigues, are no longer alone in their domination of the landscape. Since 2009, Serge Vieira, Bocuse d’Or 2005 recipient and young Michelin-starred chef, invites you to join him at his restaurant, in an ultramodern setting where material is king. Dive into a singular universe, partially underground, where the architecture of the restaurant and the bedrooms allow you to experience nature in a whole new way.
