You notice the warm welcome as well, assured by Virginie, orginally from Switzerland, and her husband, Stéphane Serre, 100% Cantalou who also had the inspiration to be a mountain guide.

Six years ago, the couple renovated this vast structure and transformed into a bed and breakfast using exclusively green materials. This undertaking, recognized by the the European Ecolabel, is evident even in you plate, where organic, local and seasonal products take center stage. Well-being hasn't been forgetten, as you can enjoy a the on-site sauna, hammam...and the cherry on top of the volcano, a nordic bath where you can relax even in winter, on the back terrace, with the Puy de Niermont in site.
